General Project Description
This project involves providing property sweeping and pressure washing services at the Temecula DMV Field Office for a term of thirty-six (36) months. The contractor is responsible for supplying all labor, tools, materials, equipment (truck-mounted for sweeping), and travel. The scope includes regular sweeping of all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles, with specific attention to oil spill removal, trash, and debris collection. Quarterly pressure washing services are required for paved surfaces, dumpster enclosures, sidewalks, buildings, and other exterior areas, focusing on removing spills, dirt, debris, and stains. All collected waste and debris must be hauled away and disposed of offsite, with compliance to city/county noise abatement laws.
