California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Landscape Cleanup and Maintenance Services at the Watsonville DMV Field Office, identified under Solicitation ID: 25-270. Work is to be performed near 90 Alta Vista Ave, Watsonville, CA 95076, USA in Santa Cruz County.
General Project Description
This project involves providing landscape cleanup and recurring bi-weekly landscape maintenance services for a 36-month term at the Watsonville DMV Field Office. The work includes a one-time comprehensive landscape cleanup service upon commencement, if authorized, and ongoing bi-weekly maintenance. Services encompass lawn care (mowing, edging, trimming, weeding), shrub, bush, ground cover, and climbing vegetation maintenance (trimming, pruning, thinning, removal of undergrowth/debris, re-planting, deep soaking new plants), tree care (pruning limbs, clearing branches, removing dead/sucker growth, watering, maintaining supports), hardscape area cleanup (debris and vegetation removal from sidewalks, parking lots, gutters, drains, walls, and fences), soil cultivation (maintaining friable soil, topsoil replenishment, loosening compacted soil, aeration, grading), waste hauling and offsite disposal of all landscape debris, and irrigation system testing and maintenance, including sprinkler head adjustments and compliance with local watering ordinances.
