General Project Description

This project involves comprehensive interior painting and the replacement of all existing cove base at the Hawthorne DMV field office. The scope includes repairing damaged drywall, replacing kick plates, replacing damaged acoustic ceiling tiles, caulking, refreshing interior wood wall paneling, and general preparation work. The contractor is responsible for all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel, as well as field verifying dimensions and existing site conditions.
