General Project Description

This includes a one-time landscape cleanup service if needed and authorized, followed by regular bi-weekly landscape maintenance services. The scope covers tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning of lawns, shrubs, bushes, ground cover, climbing vegetation, and trees; removal of weeds, leaf litter, dead vegetation, undergrowth, and debris; maintenance of soil health through cultivation, aeration, and grading; and testing/maintenance of the irrigation system, including compliance with local watering ordinances and specific disposal of all waste generated offsite.
