General Project Description

The project involves providing one-time landscape cleanup services (if needed and authorized) and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services at the Watsonville DMV Field Office for a 36-month term. The Contractor will provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary, adhering to low environmental impact practices and specific scheduling requirements. Services include comprehensive lawn care, shrub and tree maintenance, hardscape area cleaning, soil cultivation, waste hauling and disposal, and irrigation system testing, repair, and watering, all in compliance with local regulations.

  • Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: One-Time Landscape Cleanup Services - Performed if needed and authorized by DMV Project Manager. Includes thorough weed abatement, removal of flammable debris, cutting vegetation near structures, clearing overgrown vegetation, undergrowth, underbrush, stumps, dry grass, and flammable debris from the entire property.
  • Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Removal of Weeds and Debris - Including from fence lines, trimming shrubs to safe heights, ensuring no dead vegetation near structures or pathways, and from the entire DMV property including a 5-foot perimeter area.
