Includes thorough weed abatement, removal of flammable debris, cutting vegetation near structures, clearing overgrown vegetation, undergrowth, underbrush, stumps, dry grass, and flammable debris from the entire property.
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Removal of Weeds and Debris - Including from fence lines, trimming shrubs to safe heights, ensuring no dead vegetation near structures or pathways, and from the entire DMV property including a 5-foot perimeter area.
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Soil Enhancement and Grading - Replenishment or application of soil, topsoil, or mulch; backfilling and filling in holes and eroded/thin areas with dirt, soil, or topsoil to restore proper grade.

• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Bi-Weekly Cultivation - Maintaining soil in a loose, friable condition; replenishing topsoil and filling in holes to bring back to original grade; loosening compacted soil around planting beds; aerating soil as needed; grading away areas of soil and pavement directly adjacent to buildings and retaining walls to prevent water pooling.
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Waste Hauling and Disposal - Collecting and removing all trimmings, fallen leaves, pine needles, weeds, pinecones, loose limbs and branches, stumps, trash, and debris waste from landscape, hardscape, planter beds, curbs, storm drains, gutters, catch basins, holes, and ditches; hauling away and disposing of all waste offsite in accordance with all local, city, county, state, and federal laws and regulations.

• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Water Management Compliance - Ensuring watering cycles comply with all local ordinances; cycling watering times to cause the least inconvenience to building occupants/visitors; not operating sprinklers during extremely windy conditions; cleaning, adjusting, and maintaining sprinkler heads to prevent runoff and ensure adequate watering.
