Unofficial Notice of Invitation to Bid (NIB)

California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Landscape Cleanup and Maintenance Services at the Temecula DMV Field Office, identified under Solicitation ID: 25-255. Work is to be performed near 27851 Diaz Rd, Temecula, CA 92590, USA in Riverside County.

General Project Description

The project involves providing landscape cleanup and ongoing bi-weekly landscape maintenance services at the Temecula DMV Field Office for a term of thirty-six (36) months. The scope includes general grounds maintenance, such as mowing, edging, trimming, weed and debris removal, pruning of shrubs, bushes, ground cover, climbing vegetation, and trees, as well as hardscape area maintenance, soil cultivation, waste hauling and disposal, and irrigation system testing and maintenance. The contractor is required to implement low environmental impact practices and use Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI)-certified materials for fertilizers. A one-time landscape cleanup service may be authorized at the start or reinstatement of services.
