General Project Description

This project involves providing as-needed graffiti removal services at the Santa Ana DMV Field Office for a term of twelve (12) months, with a DMV option for an additional 12-month extension. The scope includes removing graffiti from various interior and exterior surfaces of the DMV building, including signs, walls, exterior grounds, parking lot, wheel stops, fencing, gates, benches, light poles, flagpoles, asphalt, sidewalks, curbs, doorways, entryways, alcoves, and exterior windows. Graffiti removal on painted surfaces requires repainting with water-based, zero VOC paint to match existing colors, while unpainted brickwork, aggregate, or concrete surfaces require removal without sandblasting or other aggressive methods that alter texture. The contractor is responsible for dispatching personnel to remove graffiti within twenty-four (24) hours of notification on an as-needed basis. All waste generated must be disposed of in accordance with local and state codes.
