General Project Description
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a 36-month contract to provide one-time landscape cleanup services (if needed and authorized by the DMV Project Manager) and regular bi-weekly landscape maintenance services at the San Francisco DMV Field Office. The work includes comprehensive groundskeeping tasks such as lawn mowing, edging, shrub and tree pruning, weed abatement, removal of undergrowth/underbrush, hardscape cleaning, soil cultivation, waste hauling and disposal, and irrigation system testing and maintenance. The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel, and must adhere to low environmental impact practices, utilizing Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI)-certified materials when applying fertilizers.
