California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Provide and Install One (1) Fan Coil Unit for DMV Headquarters Building East, identified under Solicitation ID: 25-301. Work is to be performed near 2415 1st Ave, Sacramento, CA 95818, USA in Sacramento County.

General Project Description

This project involves the provision, installation, and start-up of one (1) new ENVIRO-TEC HPE14, 55,449 BTU Total Cooling Fan Coil Unit with associated grilles and accessories in the electrical room on the 4th floor of the DMV Headquarters Building East. The scope also includes the removal and environmentally responsible recycling of the existing fan coil unit and its accessories. The contractor is responsible for field verifying dimensions and existing site conditions. Work includes mechanical, electrical connections, and commissioning to integrate with the existing Alerton Energy Management system.
