California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, 25-286 - Landscape Cleanup and Maintenance Services at the Hanford DMV Field Office, identified under Solicitation ID: 25-286. Work is to be performed near 701 Hanford Armona Rd, Hanford, CA 93230, USA in Kings County.
General Project Description
This project entails providing comprehensive landscape cleanup and bi-weekly maintenance services for a thirty-six (36) month term at the Hanford DMV Field Office. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, one-time thorough landscape cleanup (if authorized), regular mowing and edging of lawns, trimming and maintenance of shrubs, bushes, ground cover, and climbing vegetation to specific heights and clearances, pruning of trees, debris removal from hardscape areas, soil cultivation and aeration, waste hauling and offsite disposal in compliance with all regulations, and testing and maintenance of the irrigation system. The contractor is required to implement low environmental impact practices and use OMRI-certified materials where applicable, complying with local noise abatement and water use ordinances.
