California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, One-Time Landscape Cleanup and Maintenance Services at the Oakland Coliseum DMV Field Office, identified under Solicitation ID: 25-306. Work is to be performed near 501 85th Ave, Oakland, CA 94621, USA in Alameda County.
General Project Description
This project involves providing one-time landscape cleanup and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services at the Oakland Coliseum DMV Field Office for a term of thirty-six (36) months. The scope includes general landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weed removal, leaf litter and debris removal, waste hauling and disposal, irrigation system testing and maintenance, and a thorough one-time cleanup service covering vegetation clearance, hazardous material removal, soil replenishment, and proper grading. The contractor must supply all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel.
