General Project Description

This project involves providing tree trimming and tree removal services at five Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) field offices in Arleta, Culver City, Glendale, Lincoln Park, and Los Angeles, California. The scope of work includes comprehensive tree pruning, shaping, deadwood removal, broken limb removal, and selective canopy reduction up to 30%, adhering to current "Arboricultural Standards". It also includes specific tree and palm removal, stump grinding to 12 inches below ground, oleander trimming, and the removal and proper disposal of all related debris, including sawdust and soil filling of stump holes. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel, and must complete all work within sixty (60) calendar days from the specified start date. Work is to be performed on weekends only unless otherwise approved.
