General Project Description

This project involves providing 100% complete preventative maintenance (PM) services for a hydraulic two-stop elevator (Unit Serial EN1295, ThyssenKrupp Elevator) located at the Bolsa Chica Lifeguard Headquarters within Bolsa Chica State Beach. The service agreement includes monthly preventative maintenance, repair or replacement of worn or defective components, lubrication, cleaning, and adjusting. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, tools, and equipment. The scope also covers unlimited visits for repairs, emergency repair services with specified response times (8 hours for general, 30 minutes for trapped persons), annual safety inspections, testing of safety devices, and equipment calibration. The contract term is five years.
