General Project Description

This project entails providing comprehensive chemical and vault toilet pumping and disposal services at various locations within the Hungry Valley State Vehicular Recreation Area. The scope includes vault pumping and disposal, state-owned porta-potty pumping and disposal, and emergency pumping services. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation, ensuring compliance with specifications for a 24-month period. Services will be performed on an on-call basis as authorized by the State Representative. All waste must be removed to a legal disposal site, and tanks must be cleaned using a high-pressure water stream. The contractor must hold a valid Hazardous Substance Removal Certification License.
