General Project Description

Services will cover various locations within Lake Oroville State Recreation Area (including Bidwell Canyon, Loafer Creek, Lime Saddle Marina, and Spillway), Clay Pit OHV Park, and the Northern Buttes District Office NBD Sector Yard in Butte County, California.   • Quantity: N/A  Unit: N/A  Work Item: Container Management & Maintenance: Ensure metal bunkers and bins are maintained in good condition (periodic painting, repair, replacement within three days of request) and kept in a clean and sanitary condition. All Recycle Bins must be clearly marked.
  • Quantity: N/A  Unit: N/A  Work Item: Waste Diversion and Reporting: Adhere to all State and local requirements for waste diversion, provide statistical reports on materials diverted/recycled (by weight) annually, and provide receipts for organic materials delivered to authorized processors.

  • Quantity: N/A  Unit: N/A  Work Item: Hauling and Disposal: Contractor is solely responsible for lawful hauling, transport, and disposal of all collected refuse and recycling materials, ensuring compliance with U.S. Forest Service, local health authorities, and all local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. Contractor must provide methods to prevent scattering of refuse from trucks while hauling.
