California Department of State Hospitals (DSH) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Bi-Parting Door Maintenance and Repair Services, identified under Solicitation ID: 26-64003-000. Work is to be performed near 1215 O St, Sacramento, CA 95814, USA in Sacramento County.
General Project Description
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, and personnel to perform as-needed Bi-Parting Door Maintenance and Repair Services. The services are for six (6) sets of Stanley Access Dura-Glide 2000, or equivalent, bi-parting sliding doors located at DSH-Coalinga (2 sets in Building 30, 2 in Building 31, and 2 in Building 20). The scope includes preventative maintenance, incidental repairs, emergency services (24-hour response), and manufacturer standard software upgrades. The contractor is responsible for maintaining clean, safe work areas, debris removal, adherence to all safety regulations (CAL-OSHA, EPA, Federal, State, and local fire & safety requirements, DSH site-specific protocols), and providing detailed service reports and work logs.
