General Project Description

This public works project involves providing hospital-wide hazardous material, asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and bio-hazardous waste removal services as needed for the Department of State Hospitals (DSH) – Patton in California. The scope includes mobilization, demobilization, testing, abatement, hauling, transportation, and disposal of various hazardous materials and contaminated substances. The contractor must supply all necessary personnel (including those paid prevailing wages), labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, insurance, bonds, and permits.
