California Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Access Control System Upgrade and Support Services, identified under Solicitation ID: 25LS0529. General Project Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the Access Control System Upgrade and Support Services at the Veterans Home of California – Lancaster. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, staff, licenses, equipment, and transportation to upgrade and support the existing access control system. This includes the installation and configuration of new servers, workstations, card printers, door panel controllers, and panic buttons, as well as providing comprehensive preventative maintenance, emergency and non-emergency on-call support services, and training over a three-year term. The project also involves ensuring all installed systems comply with existing security policies and manufacturer specifications, including applying security patches and maintaining system operability.
