General Project Description

The California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Window and Window Screen Repair and Replacement Services at the Veterans Home of California – Chula Vista. The project involves providing all necessary labor, materials, staff, transportation, licenses, and permits for routine and emergency repairs and replacements of windows and window screens. This includes coordinating work with the Contract Manager, conducting operations during specified business hours, ensuring safety, protecting landscaping and work areas, and proper disposal of old materials. The contractor is also responsible for a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials for all repairs.
