General Project Description

This project involves providing weekly non-chemical landscape and trash pick-up maintenance services for Authority-owned, tenant-occupied commercial properties located in Fresno County, California. The scope of work includes routine maintenance of ground cover areas, pruning and shaping of shrubs and trees, cultivation of shrub and flowerbeds, removal of trash and debris, cleaning of parking lot drains, weeding paved areas, and comprehensive irrigation system testing, maintenance, and repair. Services must comply with local landscape ordinances, noise abatement laws, and various state and federal regulations for waste transportation and disposal.
