General Project Description

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for HVAC Maintenance Services at its San Gorgonio Area office. The project scope includes furnishing all necessary supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision, and covering all associated taxes, insurance, bonds, license, and permit fees. The services entail providing HVAC maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's preventive maintenance recommendations and the terms outlined in the agreement. This primarily involves quarterly maintenance and inspection tasks for a variety of HVAC equipment, including condensing units, air handlers, furnaces (all types, including propane), and exhaust fans, ensuring compliance with manufacturer's specifications and relevant Title 24, Part 6 regulations. Any miscellaneous repair services identified during routine maintenance will require separate proposals.
