General Project Description

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for parking lot sweeping services at its Livermore Platform Scales location, encompassing both Eastbound and Westbound Highway 580. The contractor is required to furnish all necessary supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision to provide comprehensive sweeping services. This work includes utilizing heavy-duty mechanical broom street sweepers and dustless power vacuum attachments to effectively remove debris and leaves from all paved parking areas, roadway lanes, fence lines, and recessed spaces. Hand blowing is required for areas inaccessible to mechanical sweepers. Services are to be performed once every two weeks according to manufacturer's recommendations.
