Work is to be performed near 601 N 7th St, Sacramento, CA 95811, USA in Sacramento County.

General Project Description

This project involves providing quarterly maintenance services for bay doors at the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Gilroy Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) Northbound and Southbound locations. The required work includes furnishing all necessary supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, and supervision to perform regular maintenance tasks such as lubricating friction points, balancing doors, adjusting motor limiters, tightening drive chains, inspecting and testing door functions (electrical wiring, connections, chain shafts, gears, and bearings), providing replacement belts, cleaning chemicals, oil, grease, cleaning rags, switches, and fuses, and pressure washing all inspection bay doors. All maintenance must comply with minimum manufacturer's operating specifications. Any necessary repairs exceeding routine maintenance will be subject to a separate proposal and approval process.
