California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, CHP Cajon Platform Scales (Northbound and Southbound) – Portable Chemical Toilet Rental and Maintenance Services, identified under Solicitation ID: 25C860005. Work is to be performed near 601 N 7th St, Sacramento, CA 95811, USA in Sacramento County.
General Project Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for the rental and maintenance of portable chemical toilets at the Cajon Platform Scales (Northbound and Southbound) on Interstate 15 in West Cajon Valley and Phelan, CA. The successful contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision. The scope includes providing ADA-compliant portable chemical toilets, comprehensive maintenance services (e.g., pumping holding tanks, waste disposal according to federal, state, and local environmental standards), removal and disposal of debris, and ensuring all units are clean and serviceable. Specific requirements for ADA compliance pertaining to grab bars, door closers, maneuvering space, water closet positioning, and dispenser heights are detailed within the invitation for bid.
