California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, CHP Williams Area Office - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Services, identified under Solicitation ID: 25C155003. General Project Description
This project involves the replacement of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units at the CHP Williams Area Office. The scope of work includes the removal and proper disposal of three existing HVAC units, the installation of three new commercial-grade Energy Star rated HVAC units complete with parts, fittings, and necessary rebuild kits to connect to existing piping. The contractor is also responsible for seeking and passing public utility rebates to CHP, performing system start-up and testing, providing on-site training to CHP staff on the new systems, furnishing two copies of operation and maintenance manuals, obtaining all required permits, and ensuring daily removal of all jobsite debris. The installed equipment and work must comply with California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 6, and include a one-year workmanship warranty plus manufacturer's equipment warranties.
