California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, CHP CHOWCHILLA RIVER CVEF – HVAC REPLACEMENT SERVICES, identified under Solicitation ID: 25C464001. Work is to be performed near S Hwy 99, Florida 32568, USA in Escambia County.
General Project Description
The project involves providing HVAC Replacement Services at the CHP Chowchilla River Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF). The scope includes the removal and disposal of existing 9-ton HVAC units with single condensing units and twin furnaces, and the installation of new commercial-grade Energy Star rated condensing and furnace HVAC units, including all necessary parts, fittings, and rebuild kits for connection to existing piping. The contractor is also responsible for start-up and testing the new units, providing on-site training for CHP staff, submitting operation and maintenance manuals, obtaining all required permits, daily debris removal, and providing a one-year warranty on work and manufacturer's warranty on equipment. All work must comply with California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 6.
