General Project Description

The project aims to secure annual maintenance and sixth-year certification services for portable fire extinguishers for the California Military Department (CMD) at 701 East Yosemite Ave, Madera, CA. This extensive service ensures all extinguishers comply with California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 19 and NFPA 10 Portable Fire Extinguishers standards for operational readiness and life safety. The contractor is responsible for visual inspections, specific sixth-year internal maintenance (discharge, interior inspection, refilling, repressurization, weighing, labeling), applying certification tags, and providing detailed reports. The complete service duration is 60 working days post Notice to Proceed.
