General Project Description

This project involves the replacement of existing electrical panel boards and associated electrical components at the Yuba City Armory. The scope includes furnishing and installing all necessary materials and labor to replace a 200 Ampere panel board "A" in the hallway, a 100 Ampere panel board in a detached warehouse, and their associated electrical components. Panel board "A" replacement will include specific circuit configurations (21-20A 1-pole, 2-40A 3-pole, 4-20A 3-pole, and 1-70A 3-pole). Additionally, the project requires the installation of 18 new receptacles in various offices, using ¾ inch EMT type conduit and minimum 2#12, 1#12 ground wire for each circuit, with each circuit feeding a maximum of 6 receptacles. The work also includes selective demolition of portions of the building, grounding and bonding, supporting devices, electrical identification, and wiring devices. All loads on circuits must be balanced, and a new typed pocket directory provided. Suitable materials should be recycled.
