General Project Description

This project involves elevator maintenance and repair services for the California Military Department. The scope includes a full equipment assessment for one elevator (Building 21), and ongoing comprehensive preventive maintenance and repairs for two hydraulic passenger elevators (Buildings 1000 and 1001) located at the Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB) in Los Alamitos, CA. The contract spans five years (1825 calendar days/60 months) and requires the contractor to provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees.
