General Project Description

This project involves the construction of sidewalks, driveways, curb ramps, and flashing beacon systems on State Highway in Santa Barbara County, specifically in Guadalupe on Route 1 from Route 166 to 0.1 mile south of Santa Maria River Bridge, and on Route 166 from Route 1 to Obispo Street. The scope includes extensive earthwork and landscape elements such as clearing, grubbing, planting, mulching, and irrigation removal/installation. Traffic control systems, signage, pavement markings, and pedestrian facilities like handrailing, bicycle racks, and metal benches are also part of the work.
