General Project Description

This project involves providing routine and non-routine repair, service, and maintenance for diesel engines and generator units located at various Caltrans Maintenance Stations across Amador, Calaveras, Tuolumne, Mariposa, Merced, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus Counties in California. The scope includes furnishing all necessary labor, tools, materials, travel, vehicles, incidentals, and testing equipment for routine services (check-outs, tests, repairs, adjustments) and non-routine services, as well as performing annual full load bank tests for diesel engines and generators.

General Bid Items

Quantity: 48 Unit: Each Work Item: All labor, tools, materials, travel, vehicles, incidentals, and testing equipment necessary for performing all routine services to check out, test, service, repair, and adjust diesel engines and generator units for proper performance and operation at Caltrans Maintenance Stations, as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work (SOW).
Quantity: 200 Unit: Hours Work Item: All labor, tools, materials, travel, vehicles, incidentals, and testing equipment necessary for performing all non-routine services to check out, test, service, repair and adjust diesel engines and generator units for proper performance and operation at Caltrans Maintenance Stations, as described in Exhibit A, SOW.
Quantity: 48 Unit: Each Work Item: All labor, tools, materials, travel, vehicles, incidentals, and testing equipment necessary for performing all annual full load bank test of diesel engines and generators units as described in Exhibit A, SOW.
