General Project Description

The project involves providing routine and non-routine property maintenance services for Caltrans-owned properties across Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, and Tulare Counties. The scope includes general property maintenance, repair and alteration of board-ups, illegal dumping cleanup, illegal signage removal, vegetation control (including orchard trees), fence repair, window repair/replacement, electrical work, plumbing work, and various general property repairs like patching, painting, caulking, and hardware installation. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, disposal fees, permits, and incidentals necessary for the services.
