General Project Description

This project involves general construction on State Highway 41 in Kings and Fresno Counties, near Lemoore. The work includes Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement (JPCP), Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), aggregate base, earthwork, and bridge construction activities. The scope encompasses various tasks such as temporary traffic control, erosion control, hazardous waste handling (treated wood waste, yellow thermoplastic stripe removal), structure excavation and backfill (for bridges and sound walls), concrete work (piling, structural concrete, slabs), asphalt paving, drainage facilities, sign structures, sound wall construction, and electrical work including lighting, signal systems, traffic monitoring stations, camera systems, and conduit systems. The project is a Federal-Aid Project.
