General Project Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of pavement markings on various state highways within Merced and Stanislaus Counties (Routes 108, 120, 132, 165). The scope includes comprehensive traffic control systems, the use of temporary impact attenuator vehicles, temporary pedestrian access routes, portable changeable message signs, automated flagger assistance devices, and job site management. Additionally, the project requires water pollution control, street sweeping, removal and installation of roadside signs, and the maintenance of existing traffic management system elements during construction.
