California State Dept of Transportation (CalTrans) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Upgrade Bulk Fuel Tank, identified under Solicitation ID: 11A4287. Work is to be performed near Imperial, CA, USA in Imperial County.

General Project Description

This project involves the upgrade of a bulk fuel tank system at the Brawley Maintenance Station in Imperial County. The work primarily includes installing new fuel dispensing equipment such as an above-ground tank, fuel pumps, fuel dispensers, and fire extinguishers. It also encompasses site preparation (rough grading, excavation, backfill), cast-in-place concrete work for foundations and other structures, installation of guard posts, surface preparation and painting, and all necessary mechanical and electrical work to ensure a complete and operational system. The project also requires adherence to environmental controls for water pollution and waste management.
