General Project Description

The project involves providing all labor, tools, travel costs, materials, work signs, traffic control, miscellaneous hardware, disposal costs, permits, and equipment for the repair and/or replacement of street light standards and damaged concrete bases located on the State Highway System within San Diego and Imperial Counties. The work includes installation of new street light standards, mast arms, luminaires (LED, shorting cap), traffic signal heads, metal bases (breakaway type with LED and shorting cap), and reinforcing cages for traffic signals and light foundations. Disposal of damaged components and concrete bases is also part of the scope.
