• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Storm Water Pollution Prevention (Water Pollution Control); Specifications: Comply with San Diego (Region 9) RWQCB NPDES Permit 2012-0011-DWQ; includes dewatering, spill prevention and control (chemicals, hazardous substances, petroleum, sanitary waste), nonstormwater management, and illicit connection/discharge detection.
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Painting and coating various surfaces; Specifications: Surfaces to be cleaned/prepared (detergent wash, hand cleaning, mildew wash, abrasive blasting, steam cleaning, TSP wash, water blasting), materials to meet MPI standards, multiple coats.
