General Project Description

The project involves general building replacement and repairs at the Sycamore Valley Maintenance Facility in Contra Costa County, California. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, tools, licenses, permits, travel, disposal fees, and incidentals. Specific work items include the removal and installation of mini-split HVAC units, A/C wall units, water fountains, shower units, urinal sensors, water heater drip pans, exterior and interior lighting, and rolling gate tracks with motor servicing, along with associated electrical and plumbing work, and disposal of existing materials.
