General Project Description

This project involves providing encampment site waste removal and cleanup services on an on-call, as-needed basis across Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito Counties. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, traffic control, travel, and incidentals to collect, remove, transport, and legally dispose of all environmentally regulated, biological, and hazardous waste (HazWaste), contaminated materials, and debris. The scope also includes site cleaning, disinfection, and personal property collection and storage. The services require specialized hazmat training, confined space entry, and various equipment for waste handling and transportation.
