General Project Description

This project involves providing metal roof repair and silicone coating services at Caltrans District 08 Maintenance Stations in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, traffic control, travel, and incidentals. The scope includes debris removal, thorough roof inspection, repairing damaged areas by securing loose fasteners and sealing cracks/open seams, power washing and cleaning surfaces, addressing rust and corrosion with rust-inhibitor primer or metal sheet replacement, encapsulating fasteners with silicone mastic, sealing all joints with three courses and mesh, and applying industrial-grade silicone coating. Unforeseen labor, parts, materials, supplies, fees, and permits are also included.

Quantity: 150 Unit: Hourly Work Item: All labor, including tools, vehicles, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform unforeseen labor as described in, Exhibit A, Scope of Work.
Quantity: - Unit: LS Work Item: Maximum allowable expenditure for all parts, materials, supplies, fees, and permits per Exhibit A, Item 9. Cost will be reimbursed based on submitted original receipts.
