(Lump Sum for entire project)
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Remove existing and install new 16" x 16" slip-resistant porcelain floor tile in restroom and shower areas. (Tile color approved by Caltrans)
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Remove existing and install new 12” x 24” wall tiles in restroom and shower areas. (Tile color approved by Caltrans)
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Remove and legally dispose of all replaced items as per scope.
