General Project Description

This project involves providing routine and non-routine equipment maintenance and repair services for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) in Los Angeles County. The scope includes all necessary labor, tools, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, disposal, transportation, permits, and incidentals. Services will be performed on bridge travelers, Genie Model GS-2046 scissor lifts, Pathfinder Model PK6500M hydraulic cranes, Acco Wright electric hoists (4-ton and 3-ton), and various air compressors (Cooper Turbo TA 2000, Atlas Copco ZR160 VSD, Ingersoll Rand RS1851E-A125). Work encompasses cleaning, inspections, adjustments, testing, preventive maintenance, and non-routine repairs to address imminent damage or safety hazards. The contractor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits and certifications, including those from the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
