General Project Description

Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for an on-call contract to provide Land Surveying Services for the Division of Project Delivery/Surveys, District 09, to support the State transportation system. The work will be performed on an "as-needed" basis throughout Inyo, Mono, and Eastern Kern counties in California via task orders. Services include land surveying, right-of-way engineering (preparing maps, documents, legal descriptions for acquisition/disposal of rights-of-way, maintaining record maps), control surveys, photogrammetric mapping support, engineering surveys, pavement surveys, utility location, land net surveys, monumentation, acquisition documents, property deeds, construction staking, project control for construction, monumentation surveys, and various mapping and technical support. Consultants will augment Caltrans staff for a variety of general transportation projects including roadway rehabilitation, widening, realignment, and new facility construction.
