Work is to be performed near San Joaquin County, CA, USA in San Joaquin County.

General Project Description

This project involves maintenance and improvements on State Highway Route 26 in San Joaquin County, near Stockton and Linden. The general work includes cold planing, hot mix asphalt (HMA), rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA), slurry seal, and modifications to signal and lighting systems. The scope includes various construction activities such as pavement repair and resurfacing, traffic control setup, water pollution control, removal and installation of traffic striping and pavement markers, shoulder backing, street sweeping, and the maintenance/modification of existing traffic management, signal, and lighting systems. The project will generate hazardous waste residue from the removal of yellow thermoplastic traffic stripe and lead-containing paint/thermoplastic residue from grinding and cold planing.
