General Project Description

This project involves construction on State Highway in Fresno County, near Kerman, specifically on Route 145 and Route 269. The general work description includes the installation of edge and center rumble strips. Additionally, the project requires the removal of existing yellow thermoplastic traffic stripes and pavement markings that contain lead, which will result in hazardous waste residue that needs proper management and disposal. Other work items include traffic control, lead compliance, job site management, water pollution control, temporary drainage inlet protection, pavement markers, furnishing and installing single sheet aluminum signs, thermoplastic pavement markings, and modifying signal and lighting systems.
