General Project Description
This project involves construction activities on State Highway 49 in Amador County, Sutter Creek, specifically at a location 0.3 miles north of Ridge Road. The primary scope includes the replacement of a culvert and modification of existing lighting and signal systems. Associated work entails lead compliance planning, time-related overhead, establishment of construction area signs, implementation of comprehensive traffic control systems (including stationary impact attenuators, temporary pedestrian access routes, and portable changeable message signs), job site management, water pollution control (with temporary drainage inlet protection, fiber roll, silt fence, and concrete washout facilities), clearing and grubbing, minor hot mix asphalt installation, minor concrete work for structures and stress reducing slabs, installation and removal of reinforced concrete pipe, pavement marker installation, thermoplastic pavement marking, traffic stripe installation and removal, and maintenance of existing traffic management system elements throughout construction.
