General Project Description

This project involves construction on State Highway in El Dorado County at Meyers at Apache Avenue. The general work description includes the installation of electrical systems, pavement delineation, roadway excavation, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), and Aggregate Base (AB). The scope also encompasses traffic control, water pollution control, removal and installation of concrete (curbs, gutters, ramps, sidewalks), clearing and grubbing, erosion control (pine needle mulch, dry seed, compost, temporary fiber roll), roadway excavation, asphalt concrete paving, detectable warning surfaces, road signs (furnish, remove, install), traffic stripes and pavement markings (high-pressure water blasting removal, methyl methacrylate paint), and a traffic monitoring station system, including a rectangular rapid flashing beacon system.
