General Project Description
This project involves construction on State Highway 99 in Tulare and Fresno Counties, specifically from Avenue 280 to 0.4 mile north of Bethel Avenue. The general work includes the removal of concrete pavement and Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A). The project also entails comprehensive traffic management, lead compliance, water pollution control, and the installation/maintenance of pavement markers and thermoplastic traffic stripes. The work is to be completed within 25 working days.
