General Project Description

This project involves partial depth recycling with Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt-Gap Graded (RHMA-G) incorporating 10% Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) on State Highway Y in Stanislaus County near Patterson. The scope includes traffic control, construction area signage, temporary traffic management elements, shoulder backing, cold planing existing asphalt, various recycling operations (partial depth recycling, cement, recycling agent, asphaltic emulsion, sand cover), hot mix asphalt paving, rubberized hot mix asphalt paving, pavement marking installation (retroreflective markers, thermoplastic striping, rumble strips), traffic stripe tape with warranty, lead compliance, water pollution control, job site management, street sweeping, temporary concrete washout, data core collection, tack coating, and mobilization.
