General Project Description

The Board of Trustees of the California State University is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified general contractors to provide Design-Build (DB), Collaborative (Progressive) Design-Build (CDB), and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services. These services encompass design, preconstruction, construction management, and/or construction for a portfolio of projects under a master enabling agreement. The delivery method is a Task Order Construction Agreement for Multiple Projects – Master Enabling Agreement (TO-CA MEA), which includes Task Order Service Agreements (TOSA) for design/preconstruction phases and Task Order Construction Agreements (TOCA) for the construction phase.
